In the heart of Trastevere, where Rome reveals its most authentic soul, Cecilia Santa Cucina is born, a restaurant that smells of home and creativity.
The project was born from the meeting between Paolo, Enrico, and Paola, three different creative personalities united by the desire to celebrate their original vision of catering.
The cuisine is by Paolo Castrignano, an experienced chef whose dishes draw on tradition and are reinterpreted through modern techniques and unexpected combinations, creating a refined culinary language. All dishes are prepared with seasonality in mind and using carefully selected ingredients.
In the dining room, our team is dedicated to offering attentive service, accompanying guests on a culinary journey that is meticulously crafted.
The space, carefully designed by Paola, welcomes guests with a refined yet familiar atmosphere, where materials and lighting contribute to making every moment at the table memorable.
